Cindy Stewart - Physiotherapist
Cindy is a Registered Physiotherapist with more than 24 years of experience working across outpatient, hospital, school, and community settings. She completed her Bachelor of Physical Education at Brock University in 1999 and her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario in 2002. She began her career in outpatient physiotherapy, where she developed a strong foundation in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. She later moved into paediatric rehabilitation, gaining extensive experience working with children and families in both hospital and community settings.
Throughout her career, Cindy has continued to build her clinical knowledge through education in orthopaedics, manual therapy, exercise, and movement assessment. She believes that the best physiotherapy begins with listening and understanding what is important to each person. Her approach is thoughtful and individualized, combining evidence-informed hands-on treatment with education and practical strategies that help people feel more confident in their movement and everyday activities.
Having recently relocated to the Halton Hills area, Cindy is excited to return to musculoskeletal physiotherapy and become part of the local community. She enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them work toward the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going for runs, and playing pickleball. She especially enjoys spending time in nature and making perfectly imperfect pottery in her home studio.
